It is clear the practice is under great pressure and with the number of new homes being built this will get even worse unless action is taken now. It isn't possible to make an appointment with my choice of Doctor without having to wait 10 to 14 days. This is quite unacceptable. Doctor Henderson was an excellent doctor but left the practice after a few months, we need more Doctors of her ability and understanding.

Medical staff are really lovely and could not be more helpful. The consultation rooms are clean and well maintained. The waiting room is also lovely. I only have two minor complaints: 1. Some of the reception staff are less than helpful. I asked the receptionist a direct question, which she then begrudgingly answered- with the wrong answer!! I asked where I needed to wait for the midwife, and was told downstairs in the main waiting room. I then found out it was upstairs. 2. I have reduced hearing, so it is difficult to hear when your name is called. Can all names and where you need to go, please be posted on the scrolling alert screen? This would be very helpful for the hard of hearing among us! Thank you.
